The estimated delivery time for your orders from Sevda Ltd. is 10-20 business days from the shipping date.
Please note that our business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, customs delays, or unforeseen logistical issues. We will do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are fixed for all orders.
Shipping is free for orders over $138 USD.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your order on the shipping company’s website.
6. Delivery Issues
Damaged or Incorrect Products: If your products arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide us with photos of the problem. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns and Exchanges Policy.
Incorrect Shipping Information: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. Sevda will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. Return shipping fees may apply in such cases.

SEVDA LTD mail arrives at the airports of the destination country and is entered for customs clearance and the clearance process begins.


9-11 days
Sorting customer mail, repacking it, and sending customer data to the local delivery company.



20+ days
If your order does not arrive within a maximum period of 20 days, the full amount paid will be refunded to the payment card used by you.
