4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping is free for orders with a value exceeding $138 USD.

6. Delivery Issues

 

  • Non-receipt of Order: If you don’t receive your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us immediately at support@sevda.co or call +447411295023. We’ll investigate the matter and provide you with the necessary assistance.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If items arrive damaged or are incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund according to our Returns and Exchange Policy.

  • Incorrect Shipping Information: It’s the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. SEVDA LTD won’t be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. Reshipping fees may apply in such cases.
