Return and Exchange Policy – SEVDA LTD

At SEVDA LTD, we are committed to selling original and high-quality products. Because we trust our products, we have set a fair and specific return policy that guarantees your right in case of any product defect.

1. Return Conditions and Framework (Defects and Warranty)

We accept return or exchange requests only in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing Defects: If the product arrives with a manufacturing defect or clear damage.

  • Warranty Products: If the product is covered by a valid warranty and a technical fault covered by the warranty occurs.

Time Limit for Reporting:

  • Any manufacturing defect or damage to the product must be reported within 48 hours only from the time of order receipt.

  • After 48 hours, the product will be handled according to its specific “Warranty” terms (if any).

2. Non-Returnable Products (Exceptions)

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following products under any circumstances, unless a manufacturing defect is proven:

  • Digital Products: (such as codes, digital cards, software).

  • Subscriptions: (activated subscription services).

  • Customized Products: (products manufactured or modified based on customer request).

3. Return Method (Home Pickup Service)

For your convenience, you will not need to go to shipping offices.

  • Once the return request is approved, we will send a shipping company representative to pick up the product from your doorstep.

  • The product must be handed over to the representative in its original packaging with all its accessories.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • SEVDA LTD bears all costs.

  • As the return is due to a manufacturing defect or warranty issue, we will cover the full shipping costs of the returned product, and the customer will not pay any additional amount.

5. Money Refund (Refunds)

After we receive the product and it is inspected by the technical team to confirm the defect, the amount will be refunded within 3 to 7 business days.
You can choose your preferred refund method:

  1. Refund to the original payment method: (The amount is returned to the bank card you used).

  2. Store Credit/Wallet: (The amount is added to your wallet in the application for immediate use in future purchases).

6. How to Submit a Request

If you encounter a problem with the product, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receipt via:

Please provide us with photos or a video showing the manufacturing defect to speed up the exchange or return process.
